Rates

At van der Molen Vertalingen, you will always receive a clear, upfront quotation with no hidden costs. Rates depend on the type of document, length, complexity, layout and required turnaround time. The rate starts at € 0.08 per word with a minimum fee of € 45.00.

Please note: my services are VAT-exempt, which means a direct cost advantage for business clients.

Sworn (certified)translation service

For documents requiring an official certified translation — such as diplomas, civil registry extracts, deeds or court documents — I provide sworn translations. These are personally signed and certified by me as a Wbtv-registered sworn translator and are legally valid before government authorities, courts and international institutions worldwide.
